Kathrin Hashemi is a litigation management expert who partners with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies to navigate the complexities of mass tort litigation. With a decade of experience, she has focused her practice on helping clients obtain actionable insights from their litigation data. By leveraging advanced technology and deep case expertise, Kathrin enables her clients to manage case filings and resolutions efficiently, optimize insurance recoverability, and streamline litigation processes. She prioritizes listening to her clients, understanding the legal and contextual nuances of their cases, and providing data-driven strategies tailored to their unique needs.

Early in her career, Kathrin led the development of an innovative tool (BEV) designed to help defendants in asbestos litigation access bankruptcy trust evidence—a groundbreaking project that highlighted the power of technology to solve complex challenges. This experience sparked her passion for using technology to improve outcomes. Kathrin brings this enthusiasm to her work, fostering a culture of mentorship and collaboration within her teams.

Kathrin is dedicated to advancing thought leadership in her field. She has written extensively on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in litigation management. Outside of work, Kathrin is passionate about traveling, playing tennis, and cooking. Her recent adventures have taken her to Italy, Malta, Hawaii, and Montana. Kathrin enjoys immersing herself in the local cultures and always shares travel recommendations with friends and colleagues upon her return.
